I act as a trusted partner: a sounding board for your plans while also providing practical strategies and solutions that drive results. I work across many sectors including construction and commercial, tailoring support to your goals and stage of growth.

I combine hands on experience of running teams and businesses with degrees in HR Management and Business Management completed alongside a full time career. I understand the pressure of balancing day to day delivery with long term growth.
